Superior in every way. Our four oriental rugs were picked up the day after we called, and they were back within a week, looking much cleaner, especially on the fringes of each one. The two men delivered the rugs to us, Freddy and Ethan, came to the door already wearing masks, and were very polite throughout. They placed our rug pads and the cleaned rugs inter places until they were placed in just the right spot. Jem-Clean’s cutover service is how every service business should treat its customers.
